Terms of Use
Effective date: pending legal review · Last updated: draft
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Osinet Command (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms as they may be updated from time to time.
2. Pilot Program
Osinet Command is currently operating as a closed pilot. Access is granted by invitation only. Features, pricing, availability, and terms are subject to change at any time during the pilot period without prior notice. The Service is provided “as is” during this phase.
3. Authorized Use
You may use the Service solely for your internal business purposes as a managed service provider (MSP). You must not resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without written consent. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. You are responsible for ensuring that all users added to your organization comply with these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and design — are owned by or licensed to Osinet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Security posture data displayed is derived from third-party connectors and does not constitute a guarantee of security.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osinet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
